What does the $750 cover?

Your $750 (non-refundable) retainer is a special rate exclusively for the 40 Over 40 campaign. It’s non-refundable and secures your session date.

It includes:

  • Complimentary Professional makeup

  • Zoom wardrobe consultation

  • Your portrait session at our luxury studio

  • Same-day image reveal and ordering appointment

  • 2 Fully Edited Portrait

  • Feature in the 40 Over 40 Magazine

This is a curated experience designed to celebrate your story and legacy.

Can I split the $750 payment?

Yes. You may choose to pay in full or split the $750 into two payments of $375. This makes it easier to reserve your session while still securing your date and locking in the special rate.

What if I can’t make my scheduled date?

Life happens—and we understand. You’re allowed one reschedule, as long as you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your retainer and a new booking will be required. We reserve your day just for you, so we ask that you honor that time with intention.

What happens after I make my payment and book?

Once your payment is received, we’ll send you a link to schedule your Zoom wardrobe consultation and confirm your session day. You’ll also receive tips to help you prepare, so you feel confident, excited, and ready when the day arrives.

What if I don’t know how to pose or feel camera-ready?

You don’t need to. This experience is fully guided—we take care of posing, lighting, and every detail so that you feel supported, confident, and radiant throughout the day. Some of our clients may walk in a little nervous and walk out saying, “I didn’t know I could look like that.”

Where does the session take place?

Sessions are held at our studio in [Miami or Dallas], a space designed to feel warm, private, and elevated—like you’ve stepped into your own editorial shoot. Details will be emailed to you after you book, along with your welcome email.

What if I decide to purchase a portrait package?

If you fall in love with your portraits and decide to purchase one of our collections (most of our clients always do!), we offer custom payment plans. Your full balance simply needs to be completed two days prior to your session date.

Can I add other types of portraits to my session?

Absolutely. You can enhance your session by adding branding portraits, boudoir, maternity, or motherhood sets.
For business owners, branding images may qualify as a tax write-off—we’re happy to support you in building a session that blends personal celebration with professional polish.

Is this really for women over 40?

Yes. This project is designed to honor the beauty, wisdom, and power of women 40 and beyond. You don’t need to feel “ready” or “perfect”—you simply need to show up. We’ll take care of the rest.
