These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Bibi Portraits website and your purchase of portrait session services. By booking a session or purchasing any product from Bibi Portraits, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
Bibi Portraits, operated by Roserbie Theoc under JEDAIAH LLC, provides luxury portrait photography sessions in Miami, Florida. Sessions are available by appointment only. A maximum of five sessions are offered per month. Availability is not guaranteed and is subject to change without notice.
A non-refundable retainer of $750 is required to secure your session date. This retainer is credited in full toward your chosen package. By paying the retainer, you acknowledge and accept that it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation, change of mind, or personal emergency.
Full session payment is due no later than the day before your session date. Sessions for which full payment has not been received by this deadline may be cancelled without refund of the retainer.
For clients who choose to pay their full package balance at a later date, Bibi Portraits will issue an invoice by email. Payment is due by the date specified on the invoice.
Four session options are available:
All packages include complimentary professional hair and makeup, a 30-minute Zoom wardrobe consultation, 5-6 wardrobe changes, up to 2 hours of fully guided photography, access to the curated backdrop collection and fabric wardrobe, and portrait delivery in a handcrafted folio box or custom album within 2-3 weeks of the session date.
Every portrait is delivered in both print quality (300 DPI) and social media format at no additional charge. The price does not change based on digital format. Additional images are available at $600 per image or $900 per additional set of 10 images.
Clients who choose to pay their full package balance in a single payment at time of booking are eligible for the following collection upgrades:
These upgrades are fulfilled by Bibi Portraits at time of image delivery. Upgrades are not transferable and have no cash value.
One reschedule is permitted per booking with a minimum of 72 hours notice before the scheduled session date. Rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours notice will be treated as a cancellation and the retainer will be forfeited.
Cancellations at any time result in forfeiture of the $750 retainer. No refunds are issued for session packages once paid. In the event that Bibi Portraits must cancel your session due to circumstances beyond our control, your retainer will be credited toward a future session date.
Fully retouched portraits are delivered within 2-3 weeks of your session date. Folio boxes and custom albums are handcrafted to order. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Rush delivery is not available.
Digital files are delivered via secure download link. Physical products are delivered by mail to the address provided at booking. Bibi Portraits is not responsible for delays or loss caused by postal or courier services once a package has been dispatched.
All photographs taken during your Bibi Portraits session are the intellectual property of Roserbie Theoc. You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use your portrait images for personal purposes including printing, framing, and sharing on personal social media accounts.
Roserbie Theoc retains the right to use session images for portfolio display, website content, social media marketing, editorial features, and advertising unless a separate written agreement restricting such use is signed by both parties prior to the session date.
You may not sell, license, or use your portraits for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Bibi Portraits.
Wall art products including The 9-Up and The Split are available for purchase as add-ons to any session package. These products are custom-made to order using images selected from your session. All sales of wall art products are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered once production has begun.
Production and delivery timelines for wall art products will be communicated at time of order. These products require additional production time beyond the standard 2-3 week portrait delivery window.
Up to two additional guests may be included in your session at $200 per person for professional hair and makeup services. Additional guest fees are invoiced separately by email. Guest inclusion must be confirmed at least one week before your session date to allow for proper preparation.
Sessions take place at a private studio in Miami, Florida. The studio address is provided by email after payment is confirmed and your session date is secured. The studio location is not publicly disclosed. Clients are asked to respect the privacy of the studio and not share the address publicly.
Bibi Portraits reserves the right to end any session early without refund if a client's conduct is disrespectful, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate. The studio is a private, intimate space. Guests not previously confirmed are not permitted without prior approval.
Bibi Portraits liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your session. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your session, image delivery, or use of our website. In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or emergency that prevents session completion, Bibi Portraits will reschedule your session at no additional cost or issue a credit toward a future session.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from your session or purchase shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
